Arabic Culture Welcomes You

Written by Jaly Team
Welcome to the world of Arabic culture

Modern means of communication and transportation have reduced distances and world now literally has become a ‘global village’, awareness and insight of multiple cultures is key to success in today’s world. There are several reasons behind this importance, one of which is that it helps you to look at things from a different perspective. It further helps you understand behaviors of different people and why they act in a certain way in certain situations, this difference can only be explained through the fact that everyone is brought up in a different environment which has a direct impact on the personality of an individual. One must respect other cultures if he/she wants to learn about their values and traditions.

Noted French novelist Marcel Proust believed that the essence of discovery lies in witnessing different and distinct lands through new eyes. He was also of the opinion that the best way to understand a certain culture is by working with natives, as this not only helps in understanding their cultural heritage but also gives an insight to their ideas and beliefs. Moreover this approach helps us in looking the world from a completely different angle and perspective; options which we could not see earlier now seem like the obvious ones. This is the sole reason why I believe that everyone must be aware of the events which are going around the globe, as this worldwide awareness gives us a better understanding of different cultures.

It doesn’t matter whether you live in China, United Kingdom, Indonesia, India, America or any place in the world; you are working in an environment where people from all cultures interact with each other. Cultural miscellany is an essential ingredient for speedy development, not only for economic stability but also for living a healthy, spiritual, intellectual and more fulfilling life. Culture has a strong influence on the lives of people. It has a direct effect on their moral views, sense of humor, loyalties, fears and worries. Understanding different cultures is extremely important for success in modern world.
